ARE YOUR TEETHING ITEMS SAFE FOR MY BABY?

Here at DoodleBop’s  we work closely with our supplier to insure our silicone beads and teethers are:

   •100% Non-Toxic

  • Lead Free
  • BPA Free
  • Cadmium Free
  • Mercury Free
  • Phthalate Free 

We currently work within the CPSC along with a product safety and consulting service. These services provide product testing, knowledge and support to DoodleBop's Teething Shop, which help us create safe products for your baby. Your baby's safety is our #1 priority.

Please remember that loose beads and/or small parts can pose choking hazards. THESE ARE NOT TOYS. Children should never be left unattended with our products. As always, please inspect all finished products before use. If damaged in any way discontinue using and discard the product immediately.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Please contact us with any issues regarding a refund at info@doodlebopsteethingshop.com . We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. REFUNDS ARE ONLY OFFERED IF DBTS IS AT FAULT FOR ANY ISSUES.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) : If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at doodlebopsteethingshop@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS: (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES: (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at doodlebopsteethingshop@gmail.com.

GIFTS: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING / TURN AROUND TIME: TURNAROUND FOR ALL CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND PREORDERS ARE UP TO 6-8 WEEKS. READY TO SHIP ITEMS SHIP WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS.  AS THE HOLIDAY SEASON APPROACHES WE SUGGEST CHECKING OUT WITH UPS TO INSURE YOUR ITEM DOES NOT GET LOST. $100 INSURANCE IS INCLUDED WITH ALL UPS ORDERS. DBTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE, MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR SHOP AND/OR PUT OUT FOR LOCAL PICK UP.
